Classes will explore postures that introduce you to the beauty of yoga, and allow you to work on your breathing techniques, plus build strength and flexibility. Classes are suitable for every body and every level of yoga practice. 

 

Season Details

Yoga is typically offered in our Winter, Summer and Fall Seasons, and each night is taught by an awesome instructor with a different style of yoga.

If you join us for 17 weeks of Yoga with Instructor Ashley Horat, you can expect:
- A 45 minute restorative, yin-based class with deep, slow stretches that rejuvenate connective tissue and build support for muscles.
- A calm, quiet and contemplative practice targeting ligaments, bones and joints
- A welcoming environment suitable and beneficial for everybody, inclusive of all ages, levels and body types.
- An excellent complement to an existing sport/fitness schedule to help with recovery and/or injury prevention, strengthen tendons and ligaments, and support muscles and bones.
- A safe, inclusive and respectful environment to reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote overall health and wellness.
