If you join us for 17 weeks of Yoga with Instructor Ashley Horat, you can expect:
- A restorative, yin-based class with deep, slow stretches that rejuvenate connective tissue and build support for muscles.
- A welcoming environment suitable and beneficial for everybody, inclusive of all ages, levels and body types.
- An excellent complement to an existing sport/fitness schedule to help with recovery and/or injury prevention, strengthen tendons and ligaments, and support muscles and bones.

- About 4-5 hours of hiking around Wildwood Lake in St. Mary's - a relatively easy, flat 21 km trail
- Experienced leadership from seasoned Hike Ontario and Thames Valley Trail Association hike leader, Rebecca Patkau
- To pack a lunch and snacks - we will take a lunch break and other stops along the trail.
- After the hike, we will visit Jobsite Brewing in Stratford for pizza and drinks!
- All are welcome! This is a super friendly, social environment to connect with nature as well as like-minded outdoor enthusiasts

- 5 weeks of hat-league style play in a for-fun-first environment.
- The chance to switch up the teams each week, so you get to meet and play with all sorts of new people! Who knows, you might just find your next teammate or BFF.
- Players (teammates and opponents) who are beginners JUST LIKE YOU, so there's no need to feel scared or embarrassed.
- An FCSSC Instructor on site every week to answer questions, make introductions and help you learn.

If you join us for 4 weeks of tennis lessons, you can expect:
- Top-notch instruction from the highly sought-after coaches at University Tennis Club
- Lessons suitable/adaptable for all levels of skill and experience, addressing things like power, positioning, and serving technique
- To feel more confident participating in rally and/or recreational game play
- A max 1:6 instructor to player ratio, to ensure all players receive adequate attention
- One hour on the court each week

There's nothing like a summer afternoon of cornhole with a cold brew, so join FCSSC at Storm Stayed Brewing on Saturday, August 12 for our summer Cornhole Tournament!
You'll be playing for a chance to win awesome prizes - but everyone will have a great time! The afternoon will be filled with fun, games, food, music - and of course, beanbags and brews!
The tournament is first and foremost FOR-FUN and everyone is welcome, regardless of experience!
If you join in the FUN, you can expect:
