All players (including subs) must sign a waiver before stepping on the field/court. This is done digitally through our website by registering for the subsitute league below. Select 'individual', and then sign in to your FCSSC account or create a new one. Please complete the online registration to submit your waiver, which needs to be submitted each season. You will not be required to make payment in order to register as a substitute.

Please note that this is not a sub list, and that the purpose of registering for the league is to collect waivers from players who have already been arranged as substitutes.

Each team playing at Fanshawe Conservation Area has been given additional park passes to distribute to substitutes as needed. Please contact the team captain to obtain a pass. Alternatively, substitutes are encouraged to carpool with teammates.
If you do not acquire a pass from the team captain, you will be required to pay the gate fee.
To complete the process, remove the app from your Facebook settings.
