Always wanted to try curling, but not sure where to start? This is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone wanting to learn the sport in fun and welcoming environment, with others at your same skill level!
Intended for beginners, our 9-week Rookies Only Curling league will give you:
- group lessons with our amazing instructors, who will teach you the basic rules, etiquette, safety, skills and techniques of the game
- learning of proper stance and balance for rock delivery, some of the basic shot types and how to execute them, and effective sweeping and communication on a team
- lessons progressively becoming more focused on gameplay, to get more practice and a better understanding of the game, with the help of on-ice instructors
- an awesome social environment with other beginners - just like you!
- all equipment provided for you
- the experience and confidence to join our recreational leagues!
