Always wanted to try basketball, but aren't sure where to start?
Whether you're ready to re-live your gym class glory days, or learned everything you know about basketball from Space Jam - this is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone with hustle in their heart and post-game stretches on the to-do list.
Beginner-friendly and judgement-free, our 8-week Rookies Only Basketball program will give you:
- 8 weeks of play with our awesome instructors, who are only serious about one thing: fun!
- Simple drills to help you build confidence, learn positioning, and get familiar with the game
- Coached gameplay experience, added progressively, to enhance your skills and strategy
- A friendly and welcoming social environment, where a solid high five is as important as a solid lay-up
- A fun-focused outlet to run, laugh and shoot with no pressure and no one keeping stats
- All skill levels welcome - especially the nervous or rusty!
Sessions may take place at any of the times or locations listed, but we plan to use an earlier (i.e. 6pm or 6:30pm timeslot). The place and time will stay consistent each week.
