Train 1x Per Week (6 weeks, 6 classes)
- Choose either Tuesdays OR Thursdays @ 7:30pm
- Ideal for beginners, busy schedules, and those looking to add a structured workout to their week
- Consistent weekly coaching and skill development for steady improvement in core strength and conditioning
- Improved mobility, movement confidence and reduced injury risk in recreational sport

Thursdays: Jan 22, Jan 29, Feb 5, Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26

Train 2x Per Week (6 weeks, 12 classes)
- Train on Tuesdays AND Thursdays at 7:30pm
- Best option for faster, more noticeable results
- More accountability and coaching touchpoints to feel comfortable and confident
- Build resilience for sports (i.e. less soreness, fewer injuries)

About FCSSC Fit Foundations
- This is a 6-week introductory strength training program created by BoFIT exclusively for FCSSC members!
- This series focuses on strength and movement fundamentals, low-impact conditioning, mobility and core training, with progressions suitable for all fitness levels
- Certified trainers will teach proper form, technique and breathing as the foundation for fitness success
- The friendly, small-group atmosphere (max 10 participants) allows for personalized coaching and a super supportive environment, which BoFIT is known for!
- This program is perfect for beginners, recreational athletes, or anyone wanting to add consistent, structured and supportive fitness to their week!
