This program is perfect way to kick start or stay fit this summer. This Tuesday 8-week FULL BODY BOOTCAMP experience will be a combination of indoor and outdoor exercise in a traditional bootcamp format.






Summer 2022 Bootcamp Details

Cory and his team of instructors at FitClub are warm and welcoming, and have been offering Londoners expertise and a supportive environment to help us achieve our personal health goals for many years.

Intensity may vary and will include elements of interval training with upper and lower strength exercises. All levels of fitness welcome. Participate at your own pace with the friendly (not drill sargeant) motivation you need to push yourself.
