This program is perfect way to get fit this winter. This 7-week full body bootcamp will feature a combination of cardio, strength, core and more from the experienced professionals at FitClub Bootcamps! 

 

FitClub has been offering Londoners expertise and a supportive environment to help us achieve our personal health goals for many years.

 

 

 

Winter 2023 Bootcamp Details

FitClub Bootcamps provide a welcoming, health-minded environment where all people and all levels of fitness are welcome. Join us on Tuesday nights this winter!

 

Intensity may vary and will include elements of interval training with upper and lower strength exercises. All levels of fitness welcome. Participate at your own pace with the friendly motivation you need to push yourself.
