Classes will explore postures that introduce you to the beauty of yoga, and allow you to work on your breathing techniques, plus build strength and flexibility. Classes are suitable for every body and every level of yoga practice. 

 

Season Details

Yoga is typically offered in our Winter, Summer and Fall Seasons, and each night is taught by an awesome instructor with a different style of yoga.

Summer 2026 Yoga - Thursdays with Dan

If you join us for 9 weeks (+ foul weather date) of Yoga with Instructor Dan Woodward, you can expect:
- An inclusive environment in which our empathetic, spiritual and experienced instructor will ensure that you learn, relax, are present in the moment and enjoy your practice
- An enriching class based on cross-disciplinary practices and suitable for every body, from the beginner to the advanced yogi
- A weekly exercise in strength, balance, flexibility, alignment, breath work, meditation and relaxation
- One ‘foul weather’ reschedule date in the event that games should be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Your foul weather day on Thursday July 30.

If you join us for 11 weeks (+ foul weather date) of Yoga with Instructor Bobbi Jo Brown!

Bobbi is a 200-hour certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher who has been teaching throughout London over the past year. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can connect—to themselves, their breath, and the community around them.

Her classes are mindful, grounding, and accessible to all levels, offering a space to move, breathe, and reconnect. Each session is designed as a weekly reset, blending movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, with options to explore at your own pace in a supportive environment.
