Whether you sorta-kinda-almost know the rules, or you think bump, set, spike is a law firm - this is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone wanting to learn the sport in fun and welcoming environment, with others at your same skill level!
Beginner-friendly and judgement-free, our 8-week Rookies Only Volleyball program will give you:
- 8 weeks of play with our awesome instructors, who are only serious about one thing: fun!
- Simple drills to help you build confidence and get familiar with the game
- Coached gameplay experience, added progressively, to enhance your skills and strategy
- A great social environment to get active, make friends, and maybe learn which way to rotate
- The freedom and confidence to volley like no one's watching (or keeping score!)

If you sign up for TRAMPOLINE FITNESS, you can expect:
- 5 weeks of fun-first, beginner friendly fitness classes on the trampolines at the Factory.
- a high energy, highly social HIIT workout combining bursts of low-impact trampoline cardio and full-body resistance band exercises to activate, strengthen and tone your muscles while getting your heart rate up.
- an amazing instructor to guide you through the class safely and smiling!
- a single trampoline guaranteed - no sharing required! (until pizza time, of course)
- an invitation to treat yourself afterwards with 2-for-1 Tuesdays @ The Factory Canteen - stay for a refreshing drink and a slice of fire-roasted pizza post-workout with your new friends!
Each class is 45 minutes, and includes a warm-up and yoga-inspired cool-down. Classes run once a week on Tuesdays, 7:00-7:45pm. Participants will be required to bring or purchase their own pair of grippy socks from the Factory.

This league ROCKS! FCSSC is super excited to once again team up with Junction Rock Climbing to offer this exclusive deal for our members. This class is intended for beginners - no experience or equipment necessary!

- Four climbing sessions (75 min per session) included in this program, at a rate you can't beat!
- Qualified instructors (1 instructor for every 5 people will be provided) will teach you how to belay, the basics of route climbing, bouldering techniques and overall gym safety.
