- Brand new, best in class sand - diving and squishing the sand between your toes is encouraged!
- A great way to meet new people and make friends with other fun-loving outdoor enthusiasts
- Free access to Fanshawe Lake Conservation Area on game days. You are welcome to take advantage of all the park has to offer.
- All the details to be taken care of - you just have to show up!
